Few things are more annoying than doing the same thing twice for no reason, even if it’s something small. For instance, checking the same boxes over and over again.
We’re eliminating as much box-checking as we can inside MoneyMap’s account filters. Several widgets allow users to include or exclude specific accounts being displayed in our data visualizations. Rather than having to filter your accounts individually in each widget, whatever accounts you choose in one widget will automatically be chosen in every other widget with an account filter. In other words, if you don’t care about seeing information about your credit card in the Transactions widget, you probably don’t care about it in the Spending widgets either.
Account-filter choices will persist throughout a session. On the next session, filters will revert to including all accounts.
This enhancement will be pushed to all clients on October 18, 2019.
As part of the recently announced redesign of the mobile version of our Transactions widget, we’re also improving the date picker.
Currently, users see a date range and can move back and forth through different ranges by tapping the forward and back arrows. They can also tap on the date to bring up a date-range picker.
Our new design will replace the date range with a simple calendar icon. Users can tap this icon to choose a specific date range or select a preset range. The forward and back buttons will be removed.
This enhancement will be pushed to all clients on October 18, 2019.
