In the Connect widget, users can now use single-account verification to choose which account they want to verify.
Previously in verification mode, all accounts associated with a user — for example, checking, savings, and credit card accounts — were verified. Now, users will be able to choose which account they want to connect, and only that account will be verified. This will both speed up the connection process and avoid collection of irrelevant information.
If you are already using account verification, please contact your MX Client Services Consultant to turn on the single-account verification feature.
If you are a new client, single-account verification will be the default. If you would like to use the old multi-account verification, please contact your MX Client Services Consultant to turn it on.
