Jason Beckmann


EVP, Innovation & Strategy at at Emprise Bank

Jason Beckmann serves as the Executive Vice President of Innovation & Strategy for Emprise Bank, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. In addition to leading the bank’s overall innovation portfolio and strategy efforts, he has organizational responsibility for Technology, Marketing, and Digital Banking. He has been with Emprise since October 2019.

Prior to joining Emprise Bank, Beckmann spent 20 years in Aerospace & Defense, most recently as the Vice President/General Manager of Boeing Twin Aisle Programs for Spirit AeroSystems, Inc – The Boeing Company’s largest supplier. In this role he had profit and loss responsibility for a multi-billion dollar portfolio that included Spirit’s 787, 777/777X, 767, KC-46A Tanker, and 747 programs. During his time with Spirit AeroSystems, he also served as Corporate Vice President of Global Contracts.

Prior to Spirit AeroSystems, Beckmann spent 14 years with The Boeing Company, including six years at their world headquarters in Chicago, IL. While in Chicago, he held multiple executive positions leading large, geographically dispersed organizations in the Engineering, Operations & Technology; and Information Technology divisions. His time spent working with Boeing’s Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer provided rich leadership experience in information technology, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, advanced technology, innovation, intellectual property management, and product development. His Boeing career also included customer-facing and functional leadership positions in Program Management, Engineering, Business Development, and Information Technology within Boeing’s Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business unit.

In 2003, Beckmann was part of a core team within BDS Aerospace Support that received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, presented by President George W. Bush. In addition to other awards, in 2006 he received the American City Business Journals ’40 Under 40’ award presented by the Wichita Business Journal and Wichita State University Frank Barton School of Business.

Beckmann graduated from Newman University, and resides with his wife and three children in the Wichita area.

Don Parker


EVP of Strategic Partnerships at MX

Don Parker has served as the Executive Vice President of Partnerships at MX since 2011. In that time, MX has partnered with more than 45 major digital banking providers in the U.S. and Canada that now offer MX services to their customers. For three years Don served as Director of the Association for Financial Technology (AFT), a resource for networking and professional development for companies and professionals serving U.S. financial institutions.

Chief Strategy and Customer Experience Officer, Synovus Financial Corp.

As Chief Strategy and Customer Experience Officer, Wolverton guides Synovus’ strategic direction through cross-functional, cross-enterprise coordination of lines of business, and is charged with ensuring the company makes the right decisions, right investments, provides the right support, and crisply executes on initiatives that drive growth. She also leads marketing and customer experience forSynovus, building out an aligned and measured approach to delivering a holistic, consistent, and differentiated customer experience. As part of this role, Wolverton is charged with driving the customer facing digital transformation for Synovus.

Wolverton began her banking career with Synovus in 2003 as Director of Accounting and Financial Analysis. She was promoted to Synovus’ Senior Director of Banking in 2011, and to her current position in 2014. Before joining Synovus, she was the Director of Finance in the arena management division for Centerplate Management. Wolverton started her career with Ernst & Young in theAssurance and Advisory Business Services Division.

Wolverton has been named one of American Banker’s 25 Women to Watch for the past four consecutive years. This annual ranking recognizes women for their impact on their company, industry, and community-at-large, as well as for leadership and innovation in the face of industry challenges.

Wolverton is a graduate of Presbyterian College and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a runner and competitive tennis player. She also stays very active with two teenage daughters and her husband, Bobby.
