Thomas R. Hay

Senior Vice President, Director Retail Digital Strategy

Thomas Hay is Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Digital Strategy for BOK Financial. He is responsible for the self-service origination and servicing platforms supporting Consumer, Small Business and Mortgage Banking.

Thomas began working for BOK Financial in 2002 in the Consumer Accelerated Career Track (ACT) Program. Thomas’ banking career experiences include managing retail banking centers and more than 15 years leading the organizations product management team where he drove product strategy, design, development and pricing across the banks various deposit, credit and payment lines. Thomas has been directing retail digital strategy since 2018. Thomas has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance and a MBA from the University of Tulsa.

Thomas serves on the board of directors for the Junior Achievement of Oklahoma. He has also served as a 2013 United Way Tri-Chair for the Tulsa Area United Way. Thomas has been active with a number of non-profit agencies, including the United Way, Junior Achievement and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Tulsa.

Thomas, his wife Tatum and his two daughters live in Bixby, Oklahoma. When not working, Thomas enjoys being with his family and spending time in the outdoors.
