• What COVID-19 safety measures are being taken?
  

  Money Experience Summit will be following all local and state regulations and working closely with Snowbird Mountain Resort to ensure all safety measures are followed (read the resort’s safety protocol here), including thorough cleaning, increased sanitation stations, and physical distancing.

• Do I need to wear a mask?
  

  We recommend that all attendees wear face masks while indoors and where social distancing is not possible. Face masks will be provided.

• Do I need to provide evidence of a COVID-19 vaccine?
  

  Your safety, and the safety of all attendees, is our #1 priority. For that reason, we ask that all attendees provide proof of vaccination or take a COVID-19 rapid test upon arrival. If you are not vaccinated, we recommend taking a Covid-19 rapid test within 24 hours of departure which can also be used in place of the on-site COVID-19 rapid test. On-site testing will be available at registration.

• Do I need to provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test?
  

  Your safety, and the safety of all attendees, is our #1 priority. For that reason, we’re asking that you provide proof of vaccination or take a COVID-19 rapid test upon arrival. If you are not vaccinated, we recommend taking a Covid-19 rapid test within 24 hours of departure which can also be used in place of the on-site COVID-19 rapid test. On-site testing will be available at registration.

• Do I need to wear a mask if I’ve already had a COVID-19 vaccine?
  

  We recommend that all attendees (even those vaccinated) wear face masks while indoors and when social distancing isn’t possible. Face masks will be provided.

• Do I need to quarantine when traveling into Utah?
  

  As of August 23, 2021: Utah has no travel restrictions or quarantine requirements if you are healthy and visiting from another state. Please check state sites for most up to date information.

• What happens if I need to cancel my trip due to a local lockdown or quarantine?
  

  If you are unable to attend Money Experience Summit 2021 due to a local lockdown, quarantine or positive COVID-19 test, we will transfer your pass to next year’s event. We’d also be happy to transfer your pass to another member of your team or organization.

• What happens if, outside of MX‘s control, you have to cancel the event?
  

  If we have to cancel the in-person portion of Money Experience Summit 2021, we will refund or transfer your pass to next year’s event and provide you with a virtual pass.
