Dine in Style: Choose Your Tuesday Dinner Entree
On Tuesday night, we’re headed to the resort’s Remington Hall for a curated menu of refined classics and specialty cocktails. Please select your preferred entree in advance so we can ensure the best dining experience for you in our pre-event survey.
Plan for Park City Trivia Night
Be prepared for a fun evening of trivia, cocktails, and maybe a little dancing after Tuesday’s dinner — hosted by the Brothers Johnson: Fintech Takes Founder Alex Johnson and MX’s Nate Johnson. You can form your own trivia team (up to 5 people) in advance or match up with your peers at the start. If you already know your trivia teammates or have someone you’d like to be paired with, share their names in our pre-event survey.
Get Ready to Dive Deep in our Curated Roundtable Discussions
On Wednesday morning, we’re putting you in the middle of the action. Leaders and experts will host small-group discussions on key trends, challenges, and opportunities across our industry — giving you the chance to engage in meaningful dialogue and build deeper connections. Please be sure to fill out our pre-event survey to let us know what topics matter most for you so we can assign you to the right roundtable discussion. Roundtable assignments will be emailed in advance.
Pack for the Mountains of Utah
The dress code for this event is business casual. In addition, the weather in Park City can be unpredictable in September and is typically much cooler in the evenings. Historical weather temperatures have ranged between 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, with temperatures in the 40s-50s in the evening. Please plan accordingly with warm layers.
Here are a few additional things our team recommends packing:
- For Puppy Yoga:
- Comfortable clothes (suggest long sleeves for a cooler morning)
- Athletic shoes or yoga socks
- Note: Puppies do sometimes have accidents so plan accordingly just in case. The puppies apologize in advance and promise extra cuddles in return.
- For Morning in the Mountains Hike:
- Athletic shoes
- Comfortable clothes
- Hat and/or sunglasses
- Sunscreen (the sun is more direct at higher elevations)
- For Park City Trivia Night:
- A warm jacket (night-time temperatures may dip below 40 degrees Fahrenheit)
Plan Your Ground Transportation
Uber or Lyft drivers are a great option from the airport, however it is historically difficult to book a car in real-time from the hotel to the airport. To avoid delays in leaving to catch a flight, we recommend reserving your car in advance on the Uber or Lyft apps.
