On Wednesday morning, we’re putting you in the middle of the action. Leaders and experts will host small-group discussions on key trends, challenges, and opportunities across our industry — giving you the chance to engage in meaningful dialogue and build deeper connections. Please be sure to fill out our pre-event survey to let us know what topics matter most for you so we can assign you to the right roundtable discussion. Roundtable assignments will be emailed in advance.
Plan to Get the Most out of our Products and Pilsners Happy Hour
Join us for an informal opportunity to talk products, industry perspectives, and more. MX solution consultants and product leaders will be on hand to answer any questions, provide deeper dives into new MX products and solutions, and help you solve business needs and challenges in real time.
Pack for the Mountains of Utah
The dress code for this event is business casual. In addition, the weather in Park City can be unpredictable in October and is typically much cooler in the evenings. Historical weather temperatures have ranged between 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, with temperatures in the 30s-50s in the evening. Please plan accordingly with warmer layers.
Here are a few additional things our team recommends packing:
- For hikes:
- Athletic shoes
- Comfortable clothes
- Hat and/or sunglasses
- Sunscreen (the sun is more direct at higher elevations)
- For the Park City Pub Crawl:
- A warm jacket (night-time temperatures may dip below 40 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Your government-issued ID! To get into any bar, no matter how old you are or what you're drinking, you'll need this to join us for the pub crawl.
Plan Your Ground Transportation
Uber or Lyft drivers are a great option from the airport, however it is historically difficult to book a car in real-time from the hotel to the airport. To avoid delays in leaving to catch a flight, you can reserve a car in advance through Snow Country Limo by visiting this link or texting Flagship to (435) 222-3015.
Please be sure to ask for your driver to drop you off at the upper resort of the St. Regis. If you enter the resort from the lower level, please follow signs to the Funicular to get to the hotel lobby.
