Get Ready to Dive Deep in our new Curated Mountainside Roundtable Chats

Instead of more sessions on Thursday morning, we’re putting you in the middle of the action. Leaders and experts across the top financial institutions and fintechs will lead discussions with small groups on key trends, challenges, and opportunities across our industry. You’ll have the chance to engage in meaningful dialogue and build deeper connections with your peers.

Please be sure to fill out our pre-event survey to let us know what topics matter most for you so we can assign you to the right roundtable discussion. Roundtable assignments will be emailed in advance and added to your virtual agenda within the MXS Event app.

Plan to Participate in Networking with a View

Our most unique networking experience — Riff on a Lift — is back on the agenda this year. Take in the scenery and make new connections on a short chair lift ride up and then ride the Alpine slide down (or walk if you prefer). Join us on Tuesday from 4:30-6:30 p.m. or Wednesday from 5:15-6:30 p.m. for a networking opportunity unlike any other.

Interested in being spotlighted in our next video edition of Riff on a Lift? We’ll have cameras on one lift so watch for an opportunity to share your thoughts on camera and be featured in our next on-demand video series.

Enjoy our Evening Entertainment and Exclusive Concert Performance

At registration, you’ll receive a wristband for Wednesday night’s concert. Please be sure to wear your wristband to gain access to the concert on Wednesday evening. Also, please note that bartenders will be checking IDs at both the Welcome Reception on Tuesday and Wednesday’s concert so please bring your ID if you plan to enjoy an alcoholic beverage.

Pack for the Mountains of Utah

The dress code for this event is business casual. In addition, the weather at Snowbird can be unpredictable in September and is typically much cooler in the evenings. Historical weather temperatures have ranged between 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, with temperatures in the 40s-50s in the evening. Please plan accordingly with warmer layers.

Here are a few additional things our team recommends packing:

For Riff on a Lift or other Mountainside Activities:

• Athletic shoes
• Comfortable clothes
• Hat and/or sunglasses
• Sunscreen (the sun is more direct at higher elevations)

For evening dinners and concerts:

• A warm jacket (night-time temperatures may dip below 40 degrees Fahrenheit)

Plan Your Ground Transportation

While Uber or Lyft drivers may be an option, please keep in mind that snow is possible in the mountains and the roads to the ski resorts may be restricted to 4x4 vehicles. To ensure reliable transportation, the Snowbird Resort recommends Canyon Transport. You can reserve a car with them by visiting canyontransport.com.
