One of our senior engineers, Ryan Moore, will be speaking this week (May 3-4, 2018) at flatMap, the annual conference in Oslo, Norway focused on functional programming in general and Scala in particular.
Organized in 2011 by a group of developers from Arktekk AS, a small independent consultancy based in Oslo, flatMap is a small and intimate conference tailored for enthusiasts of Scala and functional programming in general. In 2017, flatMap had 22 speakers from all over the world.
Ryan will be speaking about the surprising and exciting parallels between low-level hardware computing and high level functional programming and mathematics.
