Crystal Anderson Receives 2026 Women Tech Award

Crystal Anderson, Chief of Staff and VP of Operations at MX, has been named a 2026 Women Tech Award Honoree by Women Tech Council, recognizing women who are leading innovation and driving impact across technology and business in Utah.

The annual Women Tech Awards celebrate women shaping the future of technology and innovation across industries including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, healthcare, aerospace, financial services, and more. This year, Women Tech Council recognized 43 women whose work spans breakthrough technologies, new business models, organizational transformation, and measurable economic and community impact.

Crystal was recognized for her leadership at the intersection of technology, business, and consumer impact. Her work at MX is grounded in the belief that meaningful innovation starts with understanding the people on the other side of the technology, including their needs, challenges, and the outcomes that matter most to them.

Speaking at the Women Tech Awards ceremony, Crystal emphasized the importance of keeping people at the center of innovation.

“Behind every metric, key result, performance indicator, is a real person who is experiencing our innovation, and they are either benefitting from it or paying the consequences of it,” Crystal said. “You can still drive business results without forgetting the human on the other side.”

Crystal’s recognition reflects MX’s continued focus on using technology and financial intelligence to empower the world to be financially strong.
