MX Announces Rebecca Moulton as General Counsel, Celebrating Years of Legal Innovation and Trusted Counsel

Moulton will lead legal strategy, governance, and operations as MX enters its next phase of growth and innovation

LEHI, UTAH — September 11, 2026 — MX Technologies, Inc. announced the appointment of Rebecca Moulton as General Counsel. In this role, Moulton will lead MX's legal strategy and operations, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, litigation, and investor relations, helping position MX for its next phase of growth and innovation.

Moulton has been instrumental to MX’s growth and evolution over more than a decade, serving as a highly respected legal executive, trusted advisor and deeply valued member of the company’s leadership team. Since joining MX in 2011 as its first in-house attorney, she has played a defining role in building the company’s legal organization and operational foundation from the ground up. She helped guide MX through each stage of its evolution, from an early-stage startup to one of the financial industry’s leading data and growth platforms with her deep institutional knowledge, strategic counsel, and pivotal partnership with executive leadership and the Board of Directors. 

Moulton’s many milestones with MX include leading the legal strategy behind nearly $500 million in venture capital financings, complex commercial partnerships, corporate governance, new market expansions and enterprise-scale business operations. She guided the establishment of the legal and operational foundation behind the company’s growth amidst an increasingly dynamic regulatory and competitive landscape.

Prior to joining MX, Moulton practiced law at a Utah-based firm, advising clients across civil litigation, contract disputes, real estate, and regulatory matters. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School.
