Centralize disparate data into one location
When it comes to user experience, there’s a lot for banks to be proud of. For instance, over the past nine years the Qualtrics XM Institute found that the banking industry has improved their customer experience benchmark rating more than any other industry, rising to third place of the 20 different industries they surveyed.
And yet, as our original survey of more than 1,000 consumers shows, there’s still room for improvement. As proof, 39% of consumers we surveyed say they’ve reduced how often they bank somewhere based on a poor digital experience.
